As the provider of this adult family home. Karuna Tamang has a deep understanding of the importance of providing high- quality care and support for our residents. She holds a Bachelor of sociology and psychology. Her degree in sociology and psychology has provided her with a strong foundation in understanding human behavior, Social dynamics and the importance of empathy and compassion in caregiving and inclusive community for all our residents.

She is dedicated to creating a warm and welcoming environment that embodies the very meaning of my name compassion. Growing up, she was taught that compassion is a virtue that requires empathy, kindness and understanding. Her parents chose the name wisely as it has become a guiding principle in her life and career. Her name may have been given to me by chance , but it has become a purpose that I strive to fulfill everyday.
